Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at PatchPop.

Free Shipping — On Us!

We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 CAD, no matter where you are in the world. Yes, really — Canada, the US, or anywhere across the globe. Stock up and ship for free!

How Shipping Rates Work

For orders under $35, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. We use Canada Post and Purolator to get your order to you safely and reliably — so the rate you see at checkout is the real deal, straight from the carrier.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they're handed off to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, here's roughly when to expect it:

🇨🇦 Canada: 3–7 business days 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days 🌍 International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or busy seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey right to your door. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — sometimes it sneaks in there!

International Shipping & Customs

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Restrictions & Exclusions

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
  • We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes for Purolator shipments — please use a physical address.
  • Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events, etc.).
